We will review your work and attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request and completed assessments no sooner than 30 days following your purchase. After you submit your materials, all refunds are discretionary.

No refunds will be provided less than 30 days following the date of purchase. If you opted for a payment plan, all of the payments must be completed. There is no cancellation option on the payment plan.
